At Listo the call-out and diagnosis is €49 (free if we do the job), a tap replacement €79, a drain unblocking €89, a simple leak €99 and a water heater replacement €149 labour, IVA included. Nights, Sundays and holidays +50%.
How much does a locksmith in Marbella charge to open a door?
€79 by day (08:00–20:00) and €119 at night or on holidays, IVA included, non-destructive method first. Cylinder change €99 with the cylinder included. The price is fixed on WhatsApp before we leave and doesn't change at your door.
How much is hourly home cleaning in Marbella?
€20/h Monday to Friday and €25/h on Saturdays and Sundays, 3-hour minimum, products included, employed and insured staff. Deep clean from €149, holiday-rental turnover from €85, end of tenancy from €199.
Does the price include materials?
Prices are labour, IVA included, except where stated (lock cylinders, cleaning products). If a part is needed, the technician tells you the price first and only fits it with your OK.
What if the job turns out bigger than expected?
