Who goes into your home

The same person each week wherever we can. Someone from our team, not a stranger from a marketplace. When you are away this matters more, not less: you get arrival and departure photos on every visit.

Holiday lets and changeovers

If you let the property while you are away, a turnover is €99 for up to two bedrooms including the linen change, with photos of the finished property before the next guest checks in, an inventory check on request, and a note if something is broken or missing. We coordinate directly with your agency if you prefer.

Where we work

Marbella and Puerto Banús are where we are fastest. Along the rest of the coast we confirm an honest arrival window on WhatsApp with the price, before we set off.

I'm not in Marbella. How do you get in?

With the Home Care plan we hold your keys under a custody protocol: a signed in/out log and two authorised people. Without a plan we coordinate with your porter, your agency or a neighbour, and send you arrival and departure photos.

Can it be the same person every time?

Yes, wherever the schedule allows — and with a house that is empty most of the time that is what we aim for hardest.

How much is a deep clean of a villa?

An apartment up to 90 m² is €169. For larger villas we give the closed price on WhatsApp before we come; we do not estimate on the phone and raise it afterwards.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and also in French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Russian and Arabic.
