What's included

Transport is included in every price above; cleaning products are extra, at cost and approved by you first. The deep clean covers inside the oven, inside the fridge, limescale in the bathrooms and the skirting — things a standard hourly clean does not. The holiday-rental turnover includes the bed linen and towel change and photos of the finished property before the next guest checks in.

The end-of-tenancy clean is aimed squarely at getting a deposit back: oven, extractor, inside cupboards, limescale, and marks on walls where they will come off. We photograph the finished flat so you have evidence of the state you left it in.

How booking works, in 60 seconds

You message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you need and where. We give you the fixed price in writing, with an arrival window. You approve it. We come, do the job, and send you the before and after photos with the invoice. No quotation visit, no sales calls, and no different number at your door.

Who cleans your home

The same person each week wherever we can. Someone from our team, not a stranger from a marketplace. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we tell you in advance and send someone already briefed on your home.

Where we work

Marbella and Puerto Banús are where we are fastest. Along the rest of the coast we confirm an honest arrival window on WhatsApp with the price, before we set off.

How much does a cleaner in Marbella cost?

A deep clean of an apartment up to 90 m² is €169, a holiday-rental turnover is €99 and an end of tenancy is €229, IVA included. By the hour it is €25/h Monday to Friday and €30/h at weekends, with a three-hour minimum.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

No. We bring them; they are charged separately, at cost and approved by you first. If you prefer we use your own — for allergies or particular surfaces — just tell us.

Will I get the same cleaner every week?

Yes, wherever the schedule allows. If they cannot come we tell you in advance and send someone already briefed on your home.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean free of charge.

Do you clean holiday rentals between guests?

Yes — €99 for up to two bedrooms including the linen change, with photos of the finished property and an inventory check on request. We can hold keys and coordinate with your agency.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and also in French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Russian and Arabic.
