In short: we collect your name, your phone number and what needs fixing, so we can quote you and do the job. We do not sell your data to anyone. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].

2. What data we collect
When you use the website assistant
The assistant asks for the service you need, a short description of the problem, your name, your phone number and when you need it. That information is not stored on a server of ours: it is written straight into a WhatsApp message that you choose whether or not to send.
When you message or call us
Your phone number, your name and the content of the conversation.
When we carry out the job
The property address, access instructions, before-and-after photos of the work, and the technician's job notes.
When we invoice
Name or company name, address, NIF or CIF if you need an invoice, amount and payment reference.
Technical data on the website
Your browser stores two things on your own device (localStorage): the language you chose, and whether you closed the chat window. That information never leaves your device, never reaches us and is not used to track you. This website uses no advertising or third-party cookies.
3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

4. Who we share your data with
- The technician assigned to your job. They receive your name, phone, address and the description of the problem, because without it they cannot come to your home. All our technicians are bound by a confidentiality commitment.
- WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd processes the message under its own terms, and data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can call us or email us instead.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and routes traffic through its global network.
- Our gestoría and the Spanish tax authority, to meet accounting and tax obligations.
We never sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. How long we keep it
- Invoices and job records: 6 years (art. 30 Spanish Commercial Code) and 4 years for tax purposes.
- Enquiries that do not become a job: 12 months.
- Before-and-after photos: for the duration of the guarantee on that job, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to [email protected] from the email or phone you used with us, or attaching proof of identity. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: access limited to those who need it, password-protected devices and encrypted transmission of the website. No system is infallible, but we handle your data with the same care we handle your home.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version at this same address.
