What €20 an hour actually includes
Products, equipment, transport, social security and insurance. The €9–13 an hour you will be quoted informally in Marbella buys none of that: no contract, no cover if something is broken or if someone is hurt in your home, and no recourse if the person stops turning up. Our cleaners are employed or work through a partner company that employs them, which is also what keeps you out of trouble as the person whose home they are in.
Three hours is the minimum booking, so a standard weekday clean starts at €60. There is no sign-up fee, no membership and no contract — you book the hours you want.
Weekly, fortnightly, or once before the family arrives
Most of our Marbella clients are weekly or fortnightly, and we hold the same cleaner on the same slot so you are not re-explaining your home every time. But one-offs are welcome and priced the same: before guests arrive, after a party, at the end of the season. A deep clean of an apartment up to 90 m² is €149 and covers inside the oven, inside the fridge, limescale in the bathrooms and skirting, which a standard hourly clean does not.
Holiday rentals and changeovers
If you let on Airbnb or Booking in Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía or the Golden Mile, a turnover is €85 for up to two bedrooms including the linen change. You get photos of the finished property before the next guest checks in, an inventory check on request, and a note if something is broken or missing — so you find out from us and not from a review. We can hold keys and coordinate directly with your agency.
End of tenancy and the deposit
An end-of-tenancy clean is €199 for an apartment and is aimed squarely at getting a deposit back: oven, extractor, inside cupboards, limescale, marks on walls where they will come off. We photograph the finished flat so you have evidence of the state you left it in. If your landlord or agency disputes the clean within 24 hours, we come back and re-do it free.

How much is a cleaner in Marbella per hour?

Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Products and equipment are included in the hourly price. If you prefer we use your own products — for allergies or particular surfaces — just tell us.

Yes, wherever the schedule allows. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we tell you in advance and send someone briefed on your home.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean free of charge.
